3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
A. Provision of real estate services and pre-contractual/contractual management
To manage relations with owners, sellers, buyers, and prospective buyers, including handling inquiries, property searches, viewings, sale mandates, offers, reservations, and sales transactions.
Legal basis: execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject and performance of a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
B. Compliance with legal obligations
To process, verify, and retain necessary data and documents to satisfy legal obligations applicable to JUMAROS INVESTISSEMENT, S.L., including tax, accounting, administrative, and AML/CTF obligations.
