We will search for a plot of land together. We will then assess the feasibility and construction costs for that plot.
Drawing on our experience, we take into account all associated costs, including taxes, VAT, planning permission, architect’s fees, structural engineer’s fees, surveyor’s fees, insurance, health and safety bodies, various utility connections, telecommunications plans and other costs related to this development.
This means you will know the cost of your turnkey project down to the last euro.
We will provide you with a preliminary architectural design to give you an idea of the house you can build on the plot you are planning to purchase.
We will draw up a quotation for the full scope of work involved in building the house, the swimming pool, the terraces and fencing, to deliver a turnkey home.
We’ll visit a project currently under construction and another nearing completion so that you can fully assess the quality of the finishes.
Once all the financial details have been finalised, you can purchase your plot of land at the notary’s office. We’ll organise the entire signing process and assist you at every stage of this purchase.
You’ll become the owners on the very same day.
We can then submit the final plans to the local council, await approval and start the building work.
If you are not on site, we will liaise with and attend site meetings with the builder and the architect.
We’ll send you regular photo updates so you can track the progress.
