MARINA EMPURIABRAVA
ROSES CANYELLES-ALMADRAVA
By road
Take the A9 from Perpignan in France, heading towards Spain, then continue on the A7. Around 25 km (15 miles) into Spain, once you've crossed the border, take exit 3, following the signs for Roses.
To get to the Empuriabrava agency, continue following the signs for Roses until you reach the outskirts of Empuriabrava, around 15 km (9 miles) from the autopista/motorway exit. Head down the main avenue in Empuriabrava and after around two kilometres (one and a quarter miles) you'll see our agency on the right-hand side.
To get to the Roses agency, continue all the way to Roses then drive through the town on the seaside road, passing the marina as you do so.
When you arrive at a roundabout with a petrol station, continue straight on. The agency is then located around 50 yards along on the left, opposite the fishing port.

Whether you opt to arrive via Perpignan airport or the one in Gerona, to which there are flights from numerous European cities, in both cases you will be around 30 miles from our JUMAROS agencies when you land. If you choose Gerona, however, there is a shuttle service available to quickly take you to Empuriabrava on Spain's Costa Brava once you've arrived.

When arriving from France, the port is easy to recognise: once you've passed Cap Norfeu, which marks the northern limit of the Gulf of Roses, and after having rounded Falconera Point (Punta Falconera) to take you towards Roses and set a heading of 280°, you'll be able to spot the marina control tower – an iconic feature of Empuriabrava, 47 metres (154 ft) tall and 7 metres (23 ft) in diameter, and always lit up – standing out from the line of the beach in the distance. In fact, once you've entered the Gulf of Roses, you can spot it no matter which part of the Mediterranean you've arrived from.
